Three-Storey German Villa in a New Gated Premium Community

This project showcases a three-storey German-style villa located in a newly developed gated premium residential community. The villa combines modern European architecture with a calm, functional living environment designed for everyday comfort and long-term use.

The entire house was fully modeled in 3ds Max based on architectural drawings. Furniture and finishing materials were carefully selected according to client-provided references, ensuring visual accuracy and alignment with the client’s expectations.

The final assembly of the villa, interior spaces, and surrounding environment was completed in Unreal Engine 5. This real-time workflow significantly accelerates the visualization process compared to traditional rendering software, allowing the client to receive results much faster and reducing overall waiting time.

The interior design follows a modern minimalist aesthetic, using natural materials, warm wood flooring, neutral tones, and soft lighting. Large panoramic windows bring in natural light and visually connect the interior with the surrounding landscape while preserving privacy within the gated community.
